At Bosun Clothing, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

1. How to Start a Return or Refund

To arrange a return, exchange, or refund, please email us at:

• Your full name

• The item(s) you want to return

• The reason for the return (optional, but helpful)

• Photos if the item is faulty or damaged

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

• Items must be in their original condition, with tags attached

• Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

• Sale/clearance items (optional — tell me if you want this removed)

• Personalised or custom-made items

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund to the original payment method.
Refunds typically appear within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

We will email you as soon as your refund has been issued.

Please note:

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the item was faulty)

• Return postage may be the customer’s responsibility unless we have made an error or the item is faulty

4. Exchanges

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, email us within 14 days at thebosun@yahoo.co.ukwith photos.

We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund — and we will cover all return costs.

6. Lost or Missing Deliveries

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier.
